1. Returns
1.1 Our policy of returns is very simple.
We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 5 days from the receipt of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, still in the original packaging for a prompt exchange of same or similar products.
1.2 You may return any item within 5 days of receipt and exchange it for a different size or item. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected by our team on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you properly package your return products to prevent any damage during transport. If the goods have been correctly dispatched, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. If the tyres have been fitted, we are unable to process a return or refund.
1.3 A refund for returned good/s correctly supplied shall be net of 10% administration fee.
Returns & Exchanges
What happens if the tyres I ordered are no longer available?
If a certain tyre is temporarily out of stock after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the situation. We will then provide you with a couple of options to resolve the issue:
tyre.co.zw will check with manufacturers for availability for the exact tyre size and brand.
Offer you a full refund credited back to your original method of payment.
Offer you tyres that are of equal value or better quality.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Should an order be cancelled prior to delivery; we will refund the purchase price within 3 working days. Please note, there may be a delay from the bank for the funds to clear into your account. In such cases, it may take longer for the money to reflect in your bank account.
2.2 Should an order be cancelled after delivery; you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our offices. If the returned goods were fitted/damaged, we may not be able to process a refund.
2.3 A refund for all cancellation after delivery shall be net of 10% administration fee.
WE REQUIRE THAT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE BE PRODUCED AS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
3. Refunds
3.1 If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of your receipt of an (updated) Order Confirmation, we will notify you in writing and you will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your receipt of such written notification.
3.2 If you are a consumer in terms of the Consumer Protection Act of Zimbabwe and any Products delivered by us are not of the type and quality or description specified on the Site, you may, within 5 days of delivery, return these Products (at our risk and expense) in exchange for a full refund or replacement goods
