When your order is dispatched you are sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way to you. This confirmation will have a tracking number from the courier company that you will use to check the status of the delivery.

Yes, with pleasure. As long as the product is unused and in original packaging, we will gladly do a refund or replacement. We cannot exchange or refund a tyre that has been used, or fitted on your vehicle. For more information read our Refund and Returns Policy

We can ship to any destination. The cost will depend on the weight of the goods and the destination. The cost will be confirmed by our customer service advisors once an order has been made.

We are able to ship tyres to the fitment centre of your choice. First, please check with your installer to confirm whether or not they are able to accept tyres at their facility on your behalf. During checkout, just select the option “Ship to My Home or a Business” and enter your name, the address of your desired fitment centre, and their company name.

If we have the item in stock at our retail store or warehouse and your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will take approximately; –

Harare deliveries

  •  1 hour for the tyres to be ready for fitting (on a working day during normal working hours) for payments received before 12 noon.
  • 2 hours to deliver the tyres at your chosen location in Harare (on a working day during normal working hours) for payments received before 12 noon.

Outside Harare deliveries

  •  Out of Harare deliveries will take approximately 2 to 3 working days (major factor being the delivery destination, the further from Harare the longer it takes). However, if the tyres are available at our warehouses or fitment partners stores in your town, delivery will be with 2 hours for orders with payments received before 12 noon.

We ask that you provide the correct billing address details when submitting your order. If you request a business address for delivery please make sure you enter the address as completely as possible including if necessary, business name, building name, floor, department etc.

All parcels sent with these couriers can be easily tracked by using the reference number. Even if there has been a delay there should be a clear indication where the parcel is and potentially what the cause of the delay is. We are always a call away. Please call if we can assist in any way

Legally we are unable to provide “technical” support and can only recommend the exact tyre size specific to your vehicle based on manufacturer recommendations. Many customers find it most helpful to look at the tyre size that is currently on their vehicle, or the manufacturer recommendations located in the door of the vehicle

YES, tyre.co.zw has its own physical stores which sell tyres and also offer all the tyre fitment services (repairs, tyre fitting, wheel balancing and wheel alignment). In addition, we have fitment partners nation-wide who handles our fitments or us.

To buy from tyre.co.zw you can place your order online and complete the checkout process in full for your order to be processed, or you can come to our shops and pay over-the-counter and get your tyres fitted right away.

If a certain tyre is temporarily out of stock after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the situation. We will then provide you with a couple of options to resolve the issue:

  1. tyre.co.zw will check with manufacturers for availability for the exact tyre size and brand.
  2. Offer you a full refund credited back to your original method of payment.
  3. Offer you tyres that are of equal value or better quality.
