1. Delivery
1.1 We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the delivery of orders. The total cost of delivery will be confirmed at checkout stage. Deliveries in Harare are free of charge.
1.2 Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within Zimbabwe, on weekdays and all orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
1.3 You or a person authorized to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address“). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
1.4 We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should we be required to repeat a delivery if no one accepts delivery of the Products at the Delivery Address during the aforesaid time periods.
1.5 You have a choice at Checkout stage to select either DELIVERY or FITMENT, or both options.
1.6 When choosing DELIVERY OPTION, the tyres will be delivered to the delivery address of your choice. At Check Out stage you can in addition to delivery option chose “FITMENT OPTION”. It therefore means your tyres will be delivered to your home or fitment Centre of your choice near you, and the tyres will then be fitted on your vehicle by w fitment partner.
1.7 If you prefer to pick up the tyres at Tyre Club retail stores. Do not compete the fitment and delivery option at Check Out stage. Just pay the prices displayed on the website, tyre only.
1.8 We are able to deliver tyres to the fitment centre of your choice. First, please check with your installer to confirm whether or not they are able to accept tires at their facility on your behalf. During checkout, just select the option “Deliver to My Home or a Business” and enter your name, the address of your desired fitment centre, and their company name.
1.9 DELIVERY OPTION IS ONLY FOR PASSENGER CAR TYRES, 4 X 4 /SUV CAR TYRES AND LIGHT TRUCK TYRES. Delivery charge for BUS & TRUCK, AGRICULTURAL AND OFF-THE-ROAD TYRES IS SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION WITH TYRE CLUB SALES TEAM.
2. Installation or Fitment
2.1 tyreclub.co.zw have installation centres offering all the tyre services (repairs, fitting, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, suspension and engine service).
tyre.co.zw makes use of independent but professional tyre fitment centres across Zimbabwe who are contracted and approved to do all our tyre fitments for us. They are known as our fitment partners.
2.2 From any product page click on the blue ‘ADD TO CART’ button. This will take you to the
“shopping cart” page where you will be prompted to choose between FITMENT and or DELIVERY. If you click on the FITMENT option you will be asked to enter your city or town.
Once you do this select the fitment partners closest to you. Simply choose one, the date and time you would like your tyres fitted and we will make sure your tyres are delivered to our fitment partner and ready in time for your fitment.
When choosing FITMENT all “fitment costs” are included in the price you pay. There are no hidden costs.
